Shiv Shankar Maitra

In my long career, I have worked in many fields related to food and cuisine. From researching dishes to plating designs, my work also extends to consulting fine dining restaurants on recipe development and training Michelin-starred restaurants on world heritage cuisine. I have worked on television shows for international networks and have visibility among more than 25,000 people on digital media. One of the things I count as a career highlight is starting Tranquil House India – India’s first food truck serving RET [Ready to Eat] meals for EWS [Economically weaker sections].
