Sia Mishra has moved with her corporate banker father to Delhi after her parents’ messy divorce. Their split had been in the gossip columns and for 20-year old Sia, it was near impossible to survive in college with all the snide remarks. For the sake of their sanity, her father had taken the new job. 

In suburban Delhi, Sia quickly runs into trouble in her first job when the office gang of bitches dismisses her as a ‘prude’. Withdrawing even further, Sia shuts out the world. Her neighbour Payal is her only friend – a totally dense but sweet 16-year-old kid who bores her to tears but is at least nice to her.  

Then Payal’s cousin Natasha -- dark, sinister, totally distinctive and cool – comes for a visit from the US. Everything Sia is not, Natasha is also a practicing witch – a keen exponent of the art of Wicca – who introduces Sia to witchcraft, black magic and occult. Sia is hooked and an intense master-student relationship evolves into a deep, co-dependant friendship over two months. Sia helps keep Natasha sane, while Natasha passes on unimaginable power to Sia. 

Sia practices and learns all summer – invoking spirits, casting spells and honing her skills. With power comes newfound confidence. At office, a gradually-changing Sia turns the dynamics upside down. Men are now putty in her hands and girls are mesmerized followers. As her powers grow so does her ego and she begins to sidestep the rules Natasha had laid down. But little knowledge is dangerous and Sia finds out why. The spirits that initially came to her only when summoned on the Ouija board begin to torment her at all times. She starts losing her grasp on reality. Now Sia has to decide between an ordinary life and a dangerous, extraordinary one...
