Nine: Curse of the Kalingan

The NINE Unknown Men are a millennia-old secret society founded by the Indian Emperor Asoka c. 270 BCE. According to legend, upon his conversion to Buddhism after a massacre during one of his wars, the Emperor founded the society of the NINE to preserve and develop knowledge that would be dangerous to humanity if it fell into the wrong hands. The myth of The NINE Unknown Men is believed to currently still exist. 
 
The identities of the Nine Unknown Men have been kept secret that even to this day they are considered a myth.  The members of NINE lead normal lives as scientists, professors, researchers and experts in their fields. The knowledge assimilated by the millennia old secret society, is kept in a secret location….But the secret is out and three of the Nine are dead. The rest, believed to be protected in a safe zone have also disappeared. 
 
The legend continues...Tara, Akash and Zubin are the chosen ones to carry forward the secrets of the society. The power of NINE has been divided amongst the three. Empowered with the knowledge, they must fight Jeremy and his alter ego - the powerful Kalingan. Lise is a Dutch woman, she carries the secret locations of the nine ancient texts from her boss, he sent it telepathically before he died. Tara, Akash and Zubin are from different parts of the world, they meet Lise in Tibet where a monk brings them into awareness of their true purpose and guides them on how to  use their superhuman abilities.  They must battle the ancient evil powers and bring the nine Ashoka's texts to the hidden kingdom in Tibet. 
 
From the birthplace of Buddha to the mysterious land of Tibet and finally to the most revered ancient sites in the Himalayas, the three must face an arduous and dangerous journey to protect the Council of NINE and the ancient knowledge from the vengeance of the Kalingans.
