Anishk realizes that he wants to give up his law practice to become a sadhu. He returns to Hong Kong and tells Neelam about his decision. She is devastated and tries to change his mind. Anishk speaks of loving and letting go, but Neelam cannot forget him. He travels to India to follow the path of spirituality. Neelam's recurrent dreams become intensely emotional and vivid. Her parents arrange her marriage with Rajat. Her parents insist that she must move on in life. Hoping that marriage would help her get over Anishk, she reluctantly agrees. Neelam soon realises that her heart still belongs to Anishk. Seeing that her love is much deeper, from a past life, a priest tells Neelam of her past life, tells her of Mirabai, a sixteenth century Rajput princess who fell in love with lord Krishna, a Hindu God. The old priest tells Neelam that in her he has seen Mirabai returned to experience the path of true love and ultimately merge into the form of her beloved. She secretly reaches the abode of her love, Anishk who now lives the simple and devotional life of a sadhu in Vrindavan!
